I discovered the power of exercise later in life. At the age of 40, during the Covid-19 pandemic, I realised my body and mind needed more care. Everyday stress and neglect had taken its toll, and, although I enjoyed movement, I felt overwhelmed by gyms and fitness culture.
Starting at home, I gradually built strength, confidence, and resilience - and realised the incredible impact movement can have on both body and mind.
Pilates became my first stepping stone, and from there, I trained to become a certified Pilates instructor and then a personal trainer. My mission now is to help others overcome barriers to exercise, build functional strength, and improve their health and wellbeing in a way that’s safe, supportive, and sustainable.

I believe movement is the ultimate form of self-care. I’m not here to yell at you or push you to your breaking point. I’m here to help you rediscover the joy of being capable, strong, and mobile.
In my opinion, fitness should fit real life—not the other way around. My approach is simple:
Strength for Real Life – exercises that improve real-life movement, balance, and strength, making everyday living easier, safer and more enjoyable.
Progress at Your Pace – no rush, no judgment, just achievable, sustainable improvements.
Confidence Through Capability – feel stronger, move better, and gain independence, so you can live a longer, happier life. Through movement, you can build a resilient foundation that protects you today, and supports you throughout your life.
Accountability and Support – I provide guidance and check-ins to help you stay consistent and on track.
Health Improvement, Condition Management & Mental Wellness – programmes are tailored to prevent issues, manage long-term conditions, and improve overall wellbeing, helping you to find mental clarity. You are training not just for next month, but for the next several decades.
