Movement is medicine. Exercise is one of the most effective interventions available for a wide range of long-term health conditions. Not a complement to treatment, not something to consider once you're feeling better - exercise, done right and done consistently, is part of the treatment. The research on this is solid.

This isn't a specialist medical service. But it is specialist coaching - and there's a meaningful difference between a trainer who will work around your condition and one who genuinely understands it.

This isn't the place where you'll be pushed to your limits in the first session. It's the place where you'll be met with competence, patience and honesty — and where, over time, you'll find out what your body is actually capable of when it's given the right conditions.

Who is it for?

You may have been referred here by your GP, a physiotherapist, a cardiac nurse or another health professional. Or you may have arrived on your own, knowing that exercise is something you need to take seriously and wanting to do it with someone who understands your situation.
