A 2:1 session allows you to enjoy the benefits of personalised Pilates coaching while moving alongside someone else. Sessions are planned around your shared goals, abilities, and movement needs, with guidance and adjustments provided throughout.
Before your first session, both participants will complete a health screening questionnaire and informed consent process. We’ll discuss your goals, Pilates experience, and any relevant movement considerations to ensure the session is appropriate and effective for both of you.
To get the most from a 2:1 session, both participants need to be happy following the same programme. While adjustments can be made during the session, the overall structure will be designed around your shared needs.
If your goals, limitations, or movement requirements are significantly different, separate 1:1 sessions may be recommended to ensure you receive the most appropriate support.
Sessions can be delivered in the comfort of your own home or at a local studio (subject to availability and studio surcharge)
After your session, you’ll receive a copy of the programme delivered, updated with any adjustments made during your session, so you can continue to practise with confidence.
