This is a fully personalised, progressive Pilates programme — one-to-one, with sessions designed around your goals, your body, and your starting point. Not a template. Not a generic beginner sequence. Yours.
Every week, your programme moves forward. Each session is delivered in person, and within 48 hours you'll have your programme emailed to you — ready to follow at home until we meet again the following week. One session a week, 60 minutes, always building on what came before.

Every personalised progressive Pilates programme starts with a Foundation Session — a 45-60 minute one-to-one where we:
Assess how you move and identify anything we need to work around or build towards
Set your goals together, so your programme has a clear direction from day one
Introduce the core principles of Pilates — the building blocks everything else will be built on
This isn't week one of your programme. It's the session that makes your programme work. It's included in the price of whichever plan you choose, and we schedule it before your programme begins.
All health and consent forms are completed in advance online, so we can spend the full time on you.
Your Foundation Session: A full 45-60-minute one-to-one before your programme begins — covering a movement assessment, goal-setting, and an introduction to the core principles of Pilates. This is where we build the foundation everything else grows from.
Weekly 1:1 Sessions: 60 minutes of hands-on, in-person Pilates — tailored to you, progressing every week, with coaching and feedback throughout.
Your Weekly Programme: Within 48 hours of each session, you'll receive your programme by email — designed to follow at home until we meet again the following week. No guessing. No generic videos. Just your exercises, your progressions.
Genuine Progression: Nothing is repeated without purpose. Every session builds on the last, moving you steadily towards your goals.
