Home workout guidance is perfect for anyone who wants to improve fitness and functional strength at home, especially those managing long-term conditions.
No commute, no gym, no waiting for equipment. Just a proper programme, delivered in your own space, built around what you actually have at home.
This isn't a collection of YouTube workouts with my name on them. It's the same quality of programming offered in blocks - assessed, structured and progressed - adapted for the reality of your home environment. Whatever equipment you have, we work with it. Whatever space you have, we work in it. The principles don't change because the postcode does.
Who's it for?
You want proper coaching but the gym isn't for you - whether that's because of time, confidence, accessibility, preference or simply because you'd rather train somewhere you feel comfortable.
You're a parent of young children and leaving the house for an hour is genuinely complicated. You work from home and want movement built into your day without a round trip attached to it. You live somewhere that makes getting to a facility impractical. You just like training at home and want it done properly.
Whatever the reason, it's a valid one. Home training works - when the programming is right.
A word on equipment:
If you're thinking about buying anything, we can have that conversation - but wait until I've seen what you have and what you actually need. A resistance band bought on the right advice is more useful than a rack of dumbbells bought on impulse. Bodyweight training done well is not the consolation prize it's often presented as- and often the most valuable thing isn't a piece of kit at all.
What’s included:
