Enjoyable and friendly class, great adaptations to all the moves for different abilities. This class builds on strengths week on week. Claire really gets to know individuals strengths and areas for improvement and gently guides you to balanced and effective movement. Highly recommended

Private Pilates Programmes
I am really pleased at how my personalised sessions are going, I contacted Claire to see if she could help me with constant back pain. She has set out a number of exercises to strengthen and stretch areas associated with my lower back pain and has either tweaked or altered some of them depending on on the progress from the previous visits. She is very clear in explaining and showing you how to do the exercises and listen’s to any questions you have. My back pain has improved greatly and I’m managing to sleep better thanks to Claire’s plan of action.
