Move Better is my introductory programme. Available to new clients only, it's the perfect introduction to personal training allowing you to establish the programme, build some foundations, and see how your body responds to structured training.
Your first session is always an initial consultation — a full movement assessment, consultation, and goal-setting — so that by the time we train together properly, I already know how you move, where your restrictions are, and what we're working towards. Every session from there follows a deliberate plan, building on the last one - it's the difference between going to the gym and actually training.

Initial consultation. A full hour covering your movement assessment, medical history, activity, sleep and stress, and the foundations of how we'll work together
Goal-setting. Clear, realistic outcomes established before training begins
Four 60-minute 1:1 coached sessions, fully planned in advance - never improvised
Warm-up and cool-down. Mobility, activation and recovery built in as standard
Structured progressive workouts. Sessions build toward your goals — not standalone workouts
Real-time technique coaching. You will understand why each movement is programmed, not just what to do
Personalised home exercise programme. Mobility, strength or conditioning work for between 1:1 sessions, suitable for your preferred environment.
Weekly online check-in. Support and accountability through online tracker check in
Session notes. Loads, observations, coaching points and next-session focus
Messaging support. Quick questions welcome — form checks, movement queries.
