Personal Training : Move Better

Move Better is my introductory programme. Available to new clients only, it's the perfect introduction to personal training allowing you to establish the programme, build some foundations, and see how your body responds to structured training.

During your first session we'll complete a full assessment, so by the time we train together properly, I already know how you move, where your restrictions are, and what we're working towards. Every session from there follows a deliberate plan, building on the last one - it's the difference between going to the gym and actually training.

  • Five 60-minute 1:1 coached sessions, fully planned in advance - never improvised
  • Warm-up and cool-down. Mobility, activation and recovery built in as standard
  • Real-time technique coaching. You will understand why, not just what
  • Session notes. Loads, observations, coaching points and next-session focus
  • Weekly online check-in. Support and accountability through online tracker check in
  • Health & lifestyle consultation. Medical history, activity, sleep, stress and goals
  • Goal-setting. Clear, realistic outcomes established before training begins
  • Movement & physical assessments. Posture, mobility, stability, movement patterns and restrictions (specific assessments selected in line with goals)
  • Structured progressive workouts. Sessions build toward your goals — not standalone workouts
  • Messaging support. Quick questions welcome — form checks, movement queries.
