No programme, no plan, no long-term commitment.
Just a solid, full-body coached session with someone who knows what they're doing.
A single session is a structured workout — warm-up, full-body training, cool-down — with technique coaching and form guidance throughout. It's the same equipment, the same coaching standards, the same attention, but without a personalised programme built around your specific history and goals.
Who is it for?
You already train regularly and just want an occasional sense check — someone to watch your form on the lifts that matter to you and tell you honestly what they see.
You've joined a gym and want to be shown around properly. Not a five-minute induction from a membership salesperson, but an actual coached session where you learn how to use the equipment safely and effectively.
You're not in a position to commit to regular sessions right now — work, travel, life — but you want to move well when you can.
You're thinking about starting a programme but want to try a session first to see whether this style of coaching suits you.
What you get
A 60-minute full-body coached session. Warm-up, structured training, cool-down. Technique guidance and form corrections throughout — if something's off, you'll know about it and you'll understand why. Brief notes by email afterwards.
It's a good session. It won't change your life, but it might change how you squat.
