Love Parks Week 2025 runs from 25th July to 3rd August, and what better way to celebrate than moving, stretching and breathing together in the great outdoors?Join us for a FREE Pilates in the Park session, suitable for all levels - a perfect way to show your love for green spaces and community wellness!

Breathe, stretch, and strengthen with a FREE 45-minute all-levels outdoor Pilates session! The event is taking place on Sunday 3rd August at 10:15am, near the Queen Victoria monument, Bitts Park, Carlisle.
All levels welcome – just bring a mat (get in touch if you need one), water, and a positive spirit.
